I just wanted to show you the results I achieved on the meal plan you made for me. I dropped just over 15 pounds of fat and have gained just over 5 pounds of solid muscle. Through this, my energy during the day has skyrocketed, I’ve set new PR’s in the gym, and better yet, I’ve become an example for my family and friends and have proved that clean, consistent, balanced nutrition truly allows one to achieve whatever fitness goal(s) they may have. I stayed motivated by the results I saw and felt guidance from physiquetalk.com, and setting and reaching the small goals I made for myself each week (i.e. no cheating and setting PR’s in the gym). It really revved up my metabolism and the fat seemed to melt away. At 7.4% body fat (via skin calipers) I feel more comfortable now to start a bulking phase. I will continue to and always will use Natty Nutrition and physiquetalk.com for any nutrition and fitness advice I may need.
