CROSSFIT at the Arnold

Big Congrats to Natty Nutrition client, Sandy Curtis, who competed in the Ohio Sectional Crossfit competition at the Arnold this past weekend. Sandy finished 19th out of about 60 women, which means she will be going to regionals in May (taking place in Hocking Hills). And according to Sandy “I think I was the oldest one there, definitely the only one in their forties!” What a testament to the fact that you’re NEVER too old to compete, and compete very SUCCESSFULLY.
