We all know how important it is to continue to exercise and have proper nutrition. Rarely do I hear anyone talk about the importance of sleep. After all that is when our bodies do recover!
This past weekend I had the opportunity to spend some time with my friends at Natty Nutrition and somewhere in the mix of conversations we were talking about sleeping.
