I just wanted to let you know how much I have enjoyed your guidance and instruction over these past twelve months. If memory serves me correctly, I believe my weight has dropped over 30 lbs since we first started. I am amazed at how much stronger I am in the gym now! More muscle/less body fat! I always had the eat less/workout more mentality. But the meal plans you prescribed were surprisingly filling. At times felt like too much food! Yet the weight still came off. I also have a new understanding on cardio. Who would ever think that walking 30-60 minutes at a less than moderate pace could be so productive? Let me just say that working with you has definitely taught me things about how my body reacts to certain foods, training, and rest. Thanks so much for all you have done for me and I am looking forward to continuing working with you to achieve new goals.
