"As an avid runner/boxer/athlete in my mid-30's, I have come to realize that you cannot outrun bad nutrition. When I was younger I could more easily eat what I wanted and I could train off the effects of bad nutrition. On my own I was able to make some gains and with a lot of reading, able to determine the 'right' foods to eat. My performance hit a plateau and no matter how much I trained, I wasn't getting any faster or stronger, and on top of that I was tired all the time and I thought maybe I was over training.
It wasn't until a couple of friends of mine turned me on to Natty Nutrition, who both are clients. One of my friends is in body-building and the other in MMA. I have seen both make incredible performance gains and were able to drop weight and body fat.
Stephaney put together a nutrition plan for me, after asking about my current diet, training schedule and other specifics.
