"I just wanted to say thanks for all your help. I have run the Flying Pig several years now. This year was different. I have run the full marathon three times. Last year I trained for the full marathon but I really was not ready. Even though I ran up to 22 miles for training I was still overweight and just not very strong. So I decided to do the half last year. My time last year for the half was 2:27. This year was different. I decided to try the half again this year. The difference was this year I worked with you. I was able to lose the weight and get stronger. I was not doing weights last year. You told me I need to do weight training. So I did. Wow did that make a big difference today. The hills were not that bad this year. Last year I had to walk them. Not this year. I ran every hill. Of course my legs hurt but not as bad. I was still able to run all the hills and keep going. My time this year for the half was 2:04. Honestly, I really think the difference was working with you. Thanks so much."
