"Things are going really well for me! Thankfully my mood is more joyful, and also I had NO deep exhaustion in my legs for yesterday’s workout. (It was so bad last week, within just 10 minutes of exercise I had penetratingly deep leg exhaustion, similar to what I experienced biking 100 miles, or running 20 miles. Not good!). Was very happy to have none of that yesterday. Too bad I wasn’t eating like this when I trained for Ironman. I did all the training, got 6 weeks away from the race day and became very ill, nutrition was not in place and that was that, and I couldn’t pedal another mile. Took me about 7 months to get better, which was quite a journey. So I’m thrilled were doing this now; it’s working for me! I thought all these carbs would make me fat, but of course everything you said was spot on. The energy I have is fantastic; it’s a whole new feeling since I’ve seen you; I was really depleted.
