Directions

Do Not Exceed Recommended Daily Intake. Use Only As Directed. Directed Use on Training Days: To determine tolerance, begin by taking one serving (1 scoop) mixed with (4-6 oz) of water 20-30 minutes before training. After personal tolerance has been assessed, take one to two servings (1-2 scoops) 20-30 minutes before training begins. Add (4-6 oz) of water for each serving. During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water. Athlete Disclosure: Due to the unique restrictions of amateur and professional sports organizations (e.g., WADA, NCAA, NFL, MLB, NBA, UIL, etc.), it is recommended that you consult with the appropriate governing body before taking this or any other dietary supplement product.

Please do not use in combination with other dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, foods that are considered to be stimulants. Always check the warning label before using C4 Extreme with other products. Not intended for use by persons under age 18. Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not consume synephrine or caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine. Contains caffeine. Do not use for more than 8 weeks. Consult your physician prior to use if you have a medical condition, including but not limited to, heart, liver, kidney, or thyroid disease, psychiatric or epileptic disorders, difficulty urinating, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurrent headaches, enlarged prostrate or glaucoma. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing.

APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIME FOR CREDIT CARD ORDERS FOR IN-STOCK MECHANDISE IS BETWEEN 2 TO 10 WORKING DAYS DEPENDING ON DESTINATION AND SHIPPING METHOD CHOSEN BY THE CUSTOMER. THERE IS NO SHIPPING ON SUNDAY OR HOLIDAYS. THERE ARE NO HANDLING FEES.

Natty Nutrition is not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather.

Natty Nutrition is not responsible for any lost package that is incorrectly addressed due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides, so if you enter an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment / suite / office number / name etc.) and your package is lost, Natty Nutrition is not responsible. If you enter your address incorrectly on the website, and need it re-routed to the correct address, you will be charged an additional fee to cover costs. Natty Nutrition also has the right to charge return shipping fees on orders that are refused by the customer. Your order may also be delayed.

If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any modifications to your shipment. If your order is lost or delivered to the incorrect address, we again are not responsible.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any product, you must email stephaney@nattynutrition.com, or call 859-802-6209 (M-F 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST) within 21 days of the shipment date and provide reasons for the return. If by chance there is any error, merchandise sent to a customer in error or missing products must be reported in 48 hours of receipt. We will then work with you to resolve the situation (refund, replacement, etc.). Provided the reason for return is valid and the product is returned unopened and in original, saleable condition, full credit for the returned item(s) will be issued within 10 business days of receipt. Please make sure that all returns are properly insured and please retain your receipts for verification in the event that your package is lost. If we do not receive the package you will not be credited.

Products cannot be returned because you do not like a particular flavor.

NOTICE: Certain items (such as protein bars) that are sent to warm weather locations or shipped during the summer months can melt. We take every precaution to make sure that all of our products are shipped in fresh condition. We cannot accept returns on heat damaged products.

In the event that we send you an item other than the one you ordered, do not open the product or you will void your right to return it to us.

Damages

Any merchandise received damaged must be reported to Natty Nutrition within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipper for inspection of the box and contents.
