Sixteen men were divided into two groups. Subjects in each group followed a similar diet, including a 40-gram daily serving of whey protein and a supervised weight training program for ten weeks. The experimental group received additionally 5 grams L-Glutamine and 3 grams BCAAs (1500 mg of leucine, 750 mg of isoleucine and 750 mg of valine). Precise body composition measures and repetition maxes on the bench press (at 100% bodyweight) and leg press (200% bodyweight) were recorded at the start of the experiment and again ten weeks later.
The glutamine plus BCAAs group improved more than double on average than the control group on both performance test measures (bench press and leg press). In addition, the glutamine plus BCAAs group increased lean body mass by an average of 2.6 lbs. more than the control group. Besides increases in lean body mass and strength, the experimental group also experienced improved recovery post training.

If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any modifications to your shipment. Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with any product, you must email stephaney@nattynutrition.com, or call 859-802-6209 (M-F 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST) within 21 days of the shipment date and provide reasons for the return. If by chance there is any error, merchandise sent to a customer in error or missing products must be reported in 48 hours of receipt. We will then work with you to resolve the situation (refund, replacement, etc.). Provided the reason for return is valid and the product is returned unopened and in original, saleable condition, full credit for the returned item(s) will be issued within 10 business days of receipt. Please make sure that all returns are properly insured and please retain your receipts for verification in the event that your package is lost. If we do not receive the package you will not be credited.
Products cannot be returned because you do not like a particular flavor.
NOTICE: Certain items (such as protein bars) that are sent to warm weather locations or shipped during the summer months can melt. We take every precaution to make sure that all of our products are shipped in fresh condition. We cannot accept returns on heat damaged products.
In the event that we send you an item other than the one you ordered, do not open the product or you will void your right to return it to us.

Damages
Any merchandise received damaged must be reported to Natty Nutrition within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipper for inspection of the box and contents.
